Swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Both the instructors are friendly and the classes are systematic. I had intense fear of depth in the beginning and had no prior experience with swimming. By the end of one month, I was able to jump at the 10ft depth and swim freestyle across the length of 25m. This was possible only because of their gentle coaching and encouragement. I highly recommend.

It also has a separate area for weights and cardio. The gym is equipped with most modern machines that are cleaned and sanitized before use. The trainers are knowledgeable and can help you design a fitness plan that is tailored to your goals. Moreover, they offer premium packages for personalized training, such as tracking your fitness goals and creating personalized exercise plans, to ensure that you reach your desired level of fitness. They also have a nutritionist who will monitor your progress and provide a report every quarter. They have a yearly membership plan. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fitness.

This is the cleanest and most well-maintained pool in Kochi. I travel more than 10km daily to Choice, just because the pool cleanliness is unmatched. The pool has a depth of up to 10ft, and is equally suitable for beginners and professionals. The pool is open between 6pm-9pm, Mon -Fri. Gym equipment are sterilised after each use, and is airconditioned. You will be given a diet and workout plan, and are reviewed periodically. Gym is open Mon-Sat. The staff and instructors are very courteous, polite and welcoming. I would recommend the annual membership (which is transferrable), with which you can use the gym, pool and badminton courts. The most satisfying thing here is diving into the pool after a good gym workout .

One of the best gyms in the town where you will get excellent facilities and well trained personal trainer.When I joined here my weight was above 100 Kg.Yes, I was obese as my height was 179 cm and weight doesn't match the same. But after 6 months of hard work out and personalised diet plan, I shredded around 18 kg. Special Thanks to my personal trainer Mr RAJESH for stretching me to my threshold limit and guiding me to achieve my ideal body weight. I would like to suggest this to each and every one who give value for their health.

Nice Gym and Excellent Swimming Pool. They have maintained well..Water Quality was Excellent.. Staff are very Friendly.. 1 month swimming class they are charging 2500/- plus Tax.. Compared to other best price.. But missing parents waiting hall and parents need to be wait in basketball ground..
