It's been 1 and a half year since I joined this GYM. The trainers are supportive, punctual and friendly.I would say the gym is good and maintains all the equipment neat and tidy. They have variety of equipments available which caters to all fitness levels and goals. They also have zumba classes. You will definitely like it here.

Best gym in this side of the city. Spacious, sufficient quality equipment, good trainers who are easy to approach and always ready to help and make the best of your time in the gym.

Gym is very good. There is a lot of equipment to workout and they are in very good condition. My weight got reduced by 16kgs in 4 months since i joined here. Personal trainers here are very good and my personal trainer Naresh know all the workouts and teaches me a new workout daily.

Formerly solid fitness. With good facilities but a little over priced when compared to other gyms with similar facilities. But has good timings and good equipment.

Preferably the best gym in Lb nagar. Best for all age group individuals to improve their physical health and achieve their fitness goals. They provide varied training equipments and programs including zumba, cardio, weight lifting and strength training and also have massage and steam bath available. I have been going to the gym for about 6months and it's my personal experience yo share with you that they have Very friendly expert trainers who guide you to reach your fitness goals with proper diet, workouts and long term short term plans at gym. Open everyday (5AM to 10PM) Sunday (5AM to 1PM)
