Firstly, if I can, I would mark negative star for this abominable clinic. As per my experience, this diagnostic centre is the worst one in Burdwan city. The female staffs have no manners and etiquettes regarding how to deal with patients as well as they always behave like an arrogant, savage and egoistic idiot. These nurses are completely incompetent about their works, highly biased in providing services, having cheap mentality and foremost they use to talk very rudely with patients and their familiars by using vulgar statements. I am suggesting people to visit any where but never come to this fake centre.
Bad experience, lack of machinery, staff behave are argumental nature, delay in service. A lot of time waste.
Very bad experience. System is worst. Patients are harassed. Behaviour of the lady receptionist is very bad. No proper communication.
The behaviour of the workers with patient is very DISGUSTING ,they actually INSULTS people and patients ,behave rudely, specially the LADY workers have a disgusting attitude,They should first learn how to behave with people... people should stop going there.. I'll suggest people not to go there,never ..ALSO THE QUALITY OF REPORTS ARE VERY POOR!...
