Absolutely seasonal falls. So in October 3rd week no water. May be in monsoon a suitable picnic spot. Even a shade is constructed where you can cook food and have fun around. Can take bath if there is water.

A good place for tourists ...you can go there with your family too ... actually we had gone this place in winter , as there is lack of flowing of water ... But it is nice to be there at rainy season.
It's a seasonal waterfall which is roughly 20kms away from Jagdalpur. Best time to visit is September to October. After that the waterfall dries up and the charm is over. Moreover there is a small check point where the villagers have set up a ticket collection for visitors and their vehicles.
