very bad service provider from chitra showroom ...I purchesed access 125 on dhunteras only 1 month and battery died... my access not start ..and i call showroom and showroom member come my home with onther battery ..but battery is usable for anothe person and default..than thats know this battery defulatble ...why that battery install in my access ... very rediclous person in chitra suzuki ..and many more prboblem..

Very poor service centre, they dont care about the customer. They have improved a lot that's why this review gives 2 stars. One of their mechanic is really good mustak bhai,you can ask mustak bhai for your service. But I had worst experiences in past with chota Suzuki. I had to wait for 1 hour for just oil replacement in my access 125 And most of the time they just wash & give it back to you.. I strongly prefer Rajvi Suzuki new & much better

I Bought Gixxer 155 ABS on 18'th day of Jan. 2k19. Sales support good. Service good. Customer support.(Bhavin Devganiya) Excellent. But according to some previous customer reviews i must say that the service workers should have a proper dress code. But it doest matter much more. Anyways 5 stars for it..!!
