Caution if your having problems on claim up, its not suitable place. Because this place located in top of small hill.. Carry water bottles or food if u needed. On the bay you don't get anything. Apart from that, wonderful historical place to visit. It's basically jain thirthankaraa located top of that hill. Also we can see Statue of bagavathatii Amman.
April 2022, visited with family. Reached around 7:30 and waited till8:00(opening time), it was not crowded at that time.Best time is to visit in the morning.not many shops around, only some small shops selling basic things.public toilet was not operational.worth a detour if you are travelling towards Kanyakumari

Wonderful view from the top. A must visit place. You will have to walk for around 1 km to reach the top. But the view from the top is worth it. Remember to carry a water bottle and an umbrella if the weather is hot, as there are no shops available at
It's a hike to a local natural hill and a temple on top of it (jain temple) it's healthy for youngsters enjoyment.Not recommended for the aged and weak physique.
