Very clean and neat rooms. Very supportive staff especially front office staff. Also Hotel food is very neat and clean and tasty. Hotel staff also very cooperative. Only problem I faced additional bed they provided for third person. That bed was not upto standard. I can suggest anyone to stay for their Udupi trip.

My stay at Chithara Comforts with my family was a pleasant experience. I was in Udupi for visiting the Deity on my 10th marriage anniversary and was pleasantly surprised to see the facilities and quality of the hotel. Food was very good and affordable. Rooms were like a "Palace inside a room" Complimentary breakfast was also a part of our package which was also pretty good. The one thing that I was upset about is lack of proper infrastructure for drivers visiting with tourists. They are also human and should be provided basic stay and hygienic bathroom facilities. Only then their word of mouth among their group will help to fetch more customers to you. Hope this suggestion is taken in true sense. Rest, it's 4.5/5 easily. 0.5 deducted for lack of proper & basic facilities to the drivers.

Very tasty food in the restaurant and service is Excellent always. I stayed with family and children and every time we got the best ever possible service Front Desk manager Sushma is excellent in keeping one to one relationship and always attends to public smilingly In All a home out side the home never to be missed in Udupi

Had a very pleasant experience on the whole. Stay, location, hygiene, hospitality and special mention on the food quality. One of the best food ever had in the recent past. GREAT. Room interiors are 7 star hotel standard.

Excellent customer service. Stayed with my family took good care of our needs. clean and neat rooms and other area of the hotel. basement Parking available. Breakfast was a-la-carte no buffet but can get unlimited tasty South Indian food. Over wonderful property

Wonderful experience We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent . The location of hotel is quite close to my destination as well as bus stand,Shree Krishna temple is also close by. Rooms with separate leaving area and pretty comfortable. Great customer service.I would really recommend this hotel to other having a family trip as they have big room suits for familys.

Great place to stay in Udupi, centrally located and well connected. Krishna temple is nearby and walking there is a great experience. Getting transportation to nearby attractions is real easy. Very nice and clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Great tasting vegetarian food. Complimentary breakfast with stay. My only suggestion would be to make the free breakfast a buffet system. Current, to order breakfast is very inefficient. Stressed staff often mix up the orders.

I liked this place of stay for the following reasons: 1. Very prompt and courteous response by the front desk staff (right from coordinating over telephone to room check-in). This was not seen with other well-known hotels around the place. 2. Neat and clean rooms (also tidy washroom). 3. Very close to city bus stand and about a km far from the new ksrtc bus stand. 4. Walkable distance (about 850m) from Sri Krishna temple. 5. Nice and reasonable spread for the complimentary breakfast (they don't have a buffet, instead have a list of items to choose from). 6. The staff made early check-in (with early check-out) possible since there were rooms available.
