We camped here few days back and it's a lovely place. The lake view is just so mesmerising. The thali here is so authentic and amazing. Highly recommended
This is one of the most amazing places that I have ever been to. Please do not visit this place if you want luxury rooms and infinity pools. This place doesn't have all that but the views are something that you have never seen. It will perfectly fit your budget and the rates include an amazing dinner to made by the host. Nice place to hangout with large group around 15-18 people. Food is awesome. Swimming Pool not available. Rooms are quite big enough to accommodate 6 people. Big open space in front of the farmhouse.
Amazing food! Homely and tasty. Fresh meat and spices simmered just right. We ate till it was an effort to get up from the dinner table. Quaint ambience and lovely hosts with whom you can sit and chat like with family.
Nice place to spend small vacation or weekend in the laps of nature. Accessible from the main road through a small village. Road ends at the property. Decent food. Clean rooms. You can also opt for tented accomodation. Make sure that you are prepared for the cold in winters. Dhom backwater is at walking distance from here. They need to increase number of washrooms to cater larger group.
A great place to spend a few days with family and friends in the lap of nature - that's Chirgute Farms Early this month, from 2nd to 4th December 2020, we two couples (senior citizens) had gone from Thane to Chirgute Farms. Had spoken with Mr. Sanjay Chirgute on phone before going and he assured us of good service and after staying there for 2 days, we found it to be much more than just good. The serenity and cleanliness was what we liked most. A vast spread of area which included plantation of sugarcane, vegetables, large mango trees and ofcourse the backwaters of the Krishna river touching the farm was a perfect setting to enjoy relaxation. Youngsters would definitely eanjoy many activities on the premises. The food served was absolutely fresh home-made by Chirgute family. We were asked about our choice of food and catered according to that. But I suggest give Sanjay Chirgute the freedom of deciding the local menu for you. Sanjay and his wife are post-graduates and have stayed in Pune for a few years before returning to their home village to start this family venture a few years ago. His mother is a great cook & many celebrities which include some top rated Hindi Marathi filmstars have enjoyed her food. All in all, I recommend Chirgute Farms for a satisfying stay.
Its aawesome place to relax n rejuvinate. Place for people who like to chit chat a lot with friends and family. Food was awesome. Place where many films has been shot. Place is situated on banks of dhom dam. Cine stars like ajay devgan, salman, sharukh, abhishek has been there Veg and non veg was good.
