Chirayu Superspeciality Hospital - Hospital in Mira Bhayandar - Palghar, India

It's been a wonderful experience. The staff has been fantastic. The doctors are knowledgeable and they can take care of situations quite well. They do take a very good care of hygiene as well. Most recommended.

I was admitted to this hospital for dengue treatment. This review will be based on the 5 days I have spent here in hospital. Nature of hospital staff members was polite. Treatment was good and helped me to recover in time. Food quality was not upto the mark for me. On the noise side due to Diwali cracker busting rest of the time it's peaceful.

My mother was admitted for treatment of acute gastroenteritis (viral diarrhoea-gen. weakness) for 3 days between 23-25 Nov. 2023. She has a history of Diabetes/Hypertension/Recurrent UTI and CKD. Things which are good in this hospital. * Specialist (Dr. Rekha Dubey) and General Physician (Dr. Anant Nagrole) MD doctors including RMOs (Dr. Mangesh/Atul/Amit) are all very good and understand you. * Treatment was done systematically in my mother's case. * Nurses are respectful and caring in nature. * Food was served in a timely manner. * Hygiene is maintained.l in the hospital. * Current dietician is very knowledgeable. * Charges are not very high as of today. Be it the bed charges, consultation charges, super-specialist charges, O2 charges. * Dedicated staff for Feedback. Things on which this hospital has to work on as it is miles away from it. 1. Mediclaim staff is incompetent. Mr. Irshad from their TPA had raised incorrect claims (Hospital Name/Documents) as he was working for multiple hospitals (WOW!) and I had to work my a*s up to get my cashless claim authorized from my dedicated corporate policy TPA coordinator (everything is on mail with everyone looped) because I work in a reputed firm. Not everyone has the brains to do that themselves. 2. There are no rules in the general ward. Relatives are allowed to come and go at any time which leads to a typical circus-like situation with nurses and/or staff unable to manage the same alongside their ongoing tasks. 3. The spacing between any two beds is not sufficient at all for two people to stand at the same spot in twin-sharing and general wards. 4. They have a 2 floor building but they haven't accommodated an in-house canteen. Why? 5. Food that is arranged from their end from outside is very good and tasty but it's freshness cannot be guaranteed at all. Patients must eat it at their own risk. Conclusion: I can recommend this hospital right now only for trivial (not so serious) treatments. Ask your "family doctor" questions as much as you can. Pro Tip: Go for Wockhardt or Thunga or Family Care Hospitals especially for severe cases as per affordability in this order within Mira Road-Thane, Mumbai region IF you want better treatment and hospitality. Both are important. Some "family doctors" who recommend visiting here just don't have a well-functioning IQ/EQ to understand this very important aspect.

This hospital is the one of the best hospital in mirabhayander.all staff & Nurses very helpful & carrying.cleness & hygien ek number.all doctors are very helpful & good knowledge.All doctors are attending 24hrs.great thankfull for.MR AADHAR JAIN. MR.PRASHAD SURE VREY GOOD PERSON & GIVING GOOD ADVISE for treatment.

All staff are very careful treating to patient and understanding the patient situation according and specialialy thank to Rekha mam the way she treatred and well experience CKD with breathing problem patient and Atul sir thank you so much for patients given empowered for long Life.
