Needed some extra room for relatives coming to Chennai. Booked a service apartment for 2 days easy fit for a family. Price to value is perfect. not low, not high. Location: Close to Velachery Train station, order cab, easy to order food, supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Problem is there are open lands with vegetation and stagnant water with toads, snails etc. which you may notice in rainy season. Facility: The apartment was completely furnished. Airconditioned. RO water filter, fully equipped kitchen. Service: Friendly staff, flexible and cooperative. Was a difficult to reach them after 8pm. Overall it was a good experience.
The staff is always so nice with us, and the rooms are big, clean and with everything needed. A big advantage is that is pretty close to the airport so it is perfect if you are coming to Chennai airport, and it is also more or less close to the phoenix mall (ten minutes cab). They were life saviours for us every time we needed a place to stay in Chennai and for that we are for ever grateful. Once even they upgraded from room to apartment cause all rooms were taken due to a problem with the app.
Cosy comfort place for a stay. Their facilities are really good. The location is a bit interior but the rooms and the comfort are too good. Their services are really appreciative.its a budget friendly place with lot of facilities.
Rooms are clean and spacious..ideal for business visit..have to depend on online food orders... this is at a remote place,no joints nearby,not even for a tea or coffee..

Booked this place to stay for a business trip. Location is a little tucked away, and hotel itself doesn't look very glamorous, but the rooms were very spacious and well maintained with a small fridge and a kitchen sink inside the room. Bathroom was clean. Only thing lacking from a service apartment point of view is an almirah. Also, TV works with WiFi (which was very fast) so you can enjoy OTT content on tv unlike other places where there is a cable tv and 95% channels are locked.

nice rooms however the location is not in a calm street. Dogs noise hearing through window till 1am and already in early morning hearing a lot of noises around. I had difficulties while sleeping. night reception boy should care more about the customer / guest request and handling must be more professional instead of watching on phone screen every 5 seconds to see what is happening on PubG game...felt like the mission on the phone was more important than the guests request even if it was for 1 min. Otherwise rooms are nice and big. staffs are friendly.
