Chintamani Hospital - Hospital in Pune - Pune, India

I'm unaware of day to day OPD and general follow ups. But looking to the experience during my friends admission at a critical moment - I would surely not recommend this hospital during critical life and death moments 1. Insensible staff with commercial approach 2. Ambiguous treatment methodology 3. Cheap behavior by nursing staff 4. Unreliable Many more to pen - but lack of - ve rating here I had to succumb myself on giving one star

Can i get a number dr sachin yadav directly? Because the management is third class over here. We have been calling this place from 14th september today is 12th october and everytime they give different reasons and not giving appointment. Either those ladies are uneducated or they are trying to close the practice of dr sachin yadav. He may be one of the good doctors but surely lacking in service overall here. Ridiculous behaviour, saying call at 8.30 when called at that time they will say we will call back at 10.30 after that they will give some other day appointment and on that day they will deny the appointment. On top of that they have the audacity to say dont argue ( in marathi - vaad ghalnyat kai upayog naiye ) and cut the call and after that they didnt answered a call at all. Is Dr Sachin Yadav aware of this or he is also part of this and still prefer to continue the same?

Dr Yadav sir humble request you to change the receptionist who takes appointments properly and receive the call on time as there is limited time period to connect or atleast hire more receptionist who can take urgent appointments.. The patient waits for a long time to take appointments, the receptionist is late, morning time 8:15 to 8:30 to take an appointment takes 2/3 min on call so we can count how many patients we have and how many can call !!! there are a lot of patients who only want to do follow up checks and also hell lot of patients who have a serious medical situation, also want to get it check by best doctor, not for casualty random doctor check ups.. It is frustrating that the receptionist is not answering the call on time and asks to wait again and again or otherwise the call is always waiting.. In this situation we miss taking an appointment.. I hope this feedback will be considered by the hospital authorities. Thank you.

Very disturbing and pathetic doctor available at chintamani hospital... Dr. Bhargaw kamble is very rude and don't know how to treat patient... instead of treatment, he makes fun of patient language...he put pressure to talk in Marathi only...even I said I don't know Marathi , he continue to talk in Marathi only...and abused abt my mother tounge.... hopeless Dr I have never seen..... i request management to take action on him.... every one shld be treated well dispite whatever language.... such type of nonsense Dr. Makes bad impression on hospital..pls take care.....

This review is regarding our experience with Chintamani hospital where we had to shift my dad in there hospital. I had called in the hospital and Dr said us to come . Once we visited there , they did COVID test of my dad n they said we will not take the them as it is COVID positive. We requested them but they denied to take. We had to wait down in ambulance for almost 20-25 mins as we were calling in other hospitals. Very very poor experience..... it's a request to all doctors n staff of Chintamani hospital don't play with anyone's life

One of the best Doctor's I met, such a calm person and tries to answer all your queries. Diagnosis very well and will provide the best treatment he can and will assist you in case of any further help. The hospital premises is also very clean and have been upto the mark compare to other super speciality hospital. I do take this opportunity thanking you for all the support

I lost my mom just because of one small mistake done by the doctor 's assistant(Dr Shinde). He did not realize the urgency of the patient, instead of giving her first aid, he standing very very cool, seeing the my mom' s condition that she desperately was in needof oxygen was asking me questions about her health history, whereas he was already informed and given a detailed idea about my mom and he was also informed by our family doctor and myself about bringing my mom to the hospital in an emergency condition but inspite of he knowing all the case he was least bothered about her and asking the aaya for looking for her interaveins for inserting the needle, because none of the nurses were available inside the casualty room. My mom was literally pleading at him to help her.. But just because of his stupidity and irresponsibless my mom went into a respiratory failure and than she was kept on the vent for almost 10 days and height of the main doctors was they did not want to take any risks and so they told us to shift our mom either to our home or a different hospital just and just because he was scared because already a hepazaard had happened from their side.. The hospital staff is also very rude, the night when we had called them for help they refused spoke rudely and literary banged the phone on my face . I will strongly recommend, please think twice or thrice before taking your patient to this hospital..Things could have worked out in our favour but due to all these consequences they were scared to take the risk... Now a days hospitals are become more commercialised than a service, right from the top doctors to the lower hospital staff are all corrupted.. And Dr's like Shinde shld not be given a job in any of the hospitals infact they Dr's licence shld be taken away... Because of such doctors good reputed hospitals are black listed...ONE OF THE WORST AND PATHETIC HOSPITALS WITH UNEXPERIENCED DOCTORS, RUDE STAFF AND HOPELESS MANAGEMENT....THIS HOSPITAL IS A BIG "ZERO" IN HANDLING CRITICAL PATIENTS.... THE DOCTORS DON'T EVEN KNOW THE BASICS OF TREATING A CRITICAL PATIENT.....SHAME !! SHAME!! SHAME ON THEM......
