The Chintalarayaswamy Temple was built in the reign of Vijayanagara empire in mid 16th Century. The temple has amazing granite sculptures and is classified as one of the Monuments of National Importance by Archaeological Survey of India. The carvings of episodes of the Ramayana, Mahabharata and Bhagavatha are seen on the walls of the temple.We visited the temple in the evening and it's architecture is definitely worth the visit. It opens at 5.30pm and the timings on Google need to be updated. Things to improve: * More cleanliness inside the temple, the pigeons have created a mess authorities should look into this. * Have dustbins as much as possible to maintain cleanliness * for devotees to offer anything at the Garuda mandapa have some space at the moment it's on the floor and it doesn't look good. * Outside the temple, the lawns need to be maintained, have dustbins at several places and please ensure that beggars don't sit right outside the main entrance!

Chintala Venkataramana Swamy Temple at Tadipatri on the bank of river Penna is one of the architectural beauty with granite stone. Nice intrinsic sculptures mostly of Ramayan all-around the temple walls mandapam pillars entrance Rajagopuram and all over. The Garuda mandapam is built like chariot. The temple was built by Vijayanagara King during 16th century.

This is very old temple and not so big. It is located inside the city and getting the car parking is bit difficult if it's crowded. Otherwise we have completed the temple in 20 mins. If you are on the way to velum caves you can visit and spent some time here.

Very beautiful temple with amazing architecture. Entire Ramayana story is carved around the temple. First of its kind. You can teach Ramayana to children just by bringing them here and showing them these sculptures. Marvel in stone.
