The quality of the gold is very poor. I purchased chain, ring and bangles. After some days it got damaged. Be aware in choosing good jewellery
Where to start, I never had such good jewellery shopping experience before.Very friendly customer service, not shy like other jewellers. They are more than happy & pateint to show complete collection and designs. Wastage and other charges are very less, mainly open for friendly negotiation, not rude like other jewellers. Wish you good and best to grow bigger and always please provide same experience. Special mention to the owner & J.Karthik!!
Very good welcome and service. I went for purchase a chain and ring where i had an idea about my own design choices in my mind, but the collections there had was met my expectations sine they have a huge collections of designs its made me to choose quickly.
Worst jewellery shop I have seen, i have invested money in gold chit in this jewellery shop, initially they didn't inform me about GST and while on purchase day they said GST+ Making charges and wastage. They have high rate compared to other jewellery shop. People be aware they are fraud.
The worst jewellery shop in Pollachi. their final quotation was way to high comparatively to other shop. I would rather recommend this shop to anyone. For 5 grams(that day gram was 5555). They quoted for 57k. The charges of 5 gram gold is around 30k. They were asking extra 27000 for making charges, damage and GST cost. In other shops they will give percentage. Here they don't even say how they calculate the final quote. Please don't cheat the customers, they work hard to earn that money.
God collection of jewellery. The staff were kind and courteous too. Only complain is that they dont turn on all the AC even if the shop is extremely crowded. The shop can get too warm in that case.
There are many different collections in their jewellery. Reasonable cost. Customer relationship was good.
