Water falls was very nice and good amount of water were there in Oct 2023 but people around were making the place dirty. All the shops and people were packed and throwing everything around.
Also known as Periya canal waterfalls is a road side waterfall just before the suryanelli deviation.
* Entry to the waterfall is restricted with fence.
So you can only enjoy the waterfall from the road side.
* As we come through the gap road we can see this waterfall from a distance and it is a beautiful sight.
* Many small shopes in the place and so the wastes, authorities please do something about that.

Awesome rooms with balcony n heavy ambiance with a well mannered restaurant, it's having a little drive from munnar Town but still it was really worth. Especially their service and hospitality was really wonderful.
Only option to have North Indian food in Channakanal. You can order variety of food from their menu. They generally are from Rajasthan..so you can talk in Hindi.
