Tandoor was good. Ordered triple rice but the quantity was not good enough compared to the price and other restaurants. The ambience is too good. The lady at the cashier is bit rude. They do not accept cards which is pretty annoying. They gave us paper and pen to write our order which was something new we found here. They charge extra if we ask for 1 by 2 soup, it was mentioned in their menu.

I went to this restaurant in the afternoon around 12:30 pm. It's quite big with lot of seating arrangements. I was the only person there at that time. The host was polite and the food was provided very quickly. The ambience of the place was quite good. One can quite easily bring their family members here. I ordered only one dish as generally they serve for 2 people sometimes. And that's exactly what happened. I ordered triple schean rice chicken. There was huge quantity of food. I was able to finish the entire food with a lot of difficulty. It tasted quite good. It's the kind of taste i am used to. Even the gravy had a lot of small pieces of chicken which was nice. It seemed quite healthy too. Some times Chinese food have that fake chicken or corn flour thing stuck to giving it more volume. I did not see that which was good. The cost was Rs335 for the triple rice which is decent considering the quantity and the quality. 1 can easily parcel the extra food. Later on 1 more couple came in. If you want privacy and good quality food you can go there in afternoon. I prefer eating from restaurant than Zomato and swiggy as the charges are lesser also you get fresh food. So try it out

THE BEST OF NAVI MUMBAI ! This is by far the most hygienic hotel i have ever seen in my whole life. The food served is FRESH unlike other overrated places. This place serves good chinese and indian food. The starters are great - more of chicken and less of coating unlike other overrated places ( Only coating and a cm of chicken ) If you want to eat authentic and real food - come visit this restaurant . The kitchen is very very clean and hygienic (Have a look anytime)

The food here is always amazing & I love coming back. Today I had an amazing customer experience where they waived off a small bill of a soup which I felt is little different from the regular one that I have. Thanks to the management at Chings for such an amazing everlasting experience.

We had ordered triple fried rice singapore noodles and tandoori n the tandoori was Just awesome loved the tandoori rest was ok ok...

Horrible experience ever. First of all the service was too disappointing. Waiters don't know how to serve customers. We have to order anything by writing it in a piece of paper, After then order comes, they don't serve the food at all. Also the lady sitting in the counter is very rude and doesn't care about customers. I have gone there minimum 3 times in that restaurant in hopes of improvement. But no, becoming horrible and horrible. Also they make us wait like 45min for 1 dish and give more importance to online orders.

Staffs are not trained at all. Zero communication skills. The service is pathetic. They don't even know details of any dish they serve. They make you write your own order on a piece of paper and also doesn't serve you. Whenever you call them for any service they try to ignore. The lady at the counter is also very rude. You need to be in a queue to make the payment. Basically they doesn't serve anything to you. Food preparation time is also very high and more priority is given to online orders. We waited for our order for like 30 minutes and within that time they might have served atleast 10-12 online orders. They don't know how to treat a customer at the restaurant. I won't recommend anyone to visit such restaurants. The quality of the food is also average for the price. Pathetic service, tried 2-3 times in hopes of improvement, but always disappointed.

Very rude attitude of the owner will not recommend anyone to go there for food or order from them. Had called to place an order and asked the owner to make sure chicken is cooked properly and not like the last time but got a very rude reply from the owner. I am sure they are unable to whatever small success they have received. Highly disappointed with the attitude.
