I went here with lots of hope coz i had great things abt it. But the doctor told me he has no idea what my problem is. I suffer from extreme body pain..back..neck..knee..leg..elbow..basically everything. And inspite of seeing all my reports he couldnt figure out what my problem is. He just brushed it off saying he has no treatment for me here. Though i appreciate his honesty n that he did not see this as an opportunity to make money..but still such a well known n experienced doctor could not diagnose my illness was shocking. I believe this is a hospital for bone related n muscle related pain n thts why people come here for those ayurvedic massages but he didnt entertain me saying this is not a spa, wi cannot give massages just coz u r in pain. I need to know what is ur issue. I said..well..why dont u tell me..u r d doctor. He point black he doesnt understand my reports n they all look normal thiugh it clearly said i have spondylitis n my CRP was higj so he said maybe i should see a rheumatologist. But my RA factor is negative. So now what is causingn all this pain. Today i went to another ayurvedic n he told me its arthritis. So again my question is..isnt Chingoli hospital mainly for arthritis..rheumatoid..frozen shoulder..joint pain..muscle.pain..etc. Then why was I told he has no treatment for me. Its for pain that people come there...right?

The Ayurvedic treatment center offers excellent service to its patients. But the greatest flipside of their treatment is that there is only a 50-50 chance of success, although the doctor will habitually claim that you would get complete cure. The total cost of the treatment will be blowing a hole in your wallet. The campus is well-maintained and reasonably beautiful. The accommodation rooms are a little clumsy-looking and crammed, but affordable for the cut-rate price. The treatment rooms are quite passable. Staff are extremely amicable. Food is tolerably ok. So, decide prudently on what to do with your money or suffering.

Please don't fall for the quackery called ayurveda or any other alternative medicine. These people have no scientific training in medicine but gives treatments based on concepts of health and disease thousands of years ago which are completely outdated. I went here to treat my son's depression but the quack's first comment was that he was depressed because he was from an upper class family. He said that if we were lower class, my son wouldn't have time to be depressed. This demonstrates a tremendous lack of knowledge about mental health. One quack also said stupid things about the location of the mind, that it was located above the palate and other weird stories of miraculous cures. I lost. Rs. 30,000 in 1 week for nothing.

They will not give any value for patients time. Reception people would not give proper numbering for the patients.Will not have proper phone booking for people from distance. One of my friend visited 2 times the hospital for prebooking every time they have excuses booking book is along with doctor like. morning 8.10 i reach their i was the 3rd person that time in the hospital waiting up to 11.30 and return back without any response from the people in the reception. They will not gave proper number, when we ask, wait will consider like bad attitude.

Was very effective treatment and the staff were too friendly and good.

The doctors and their treatment facilities are excellent. Had multiple visits and been inpatient too. The only issue is with the attitude and response of the lady in the reception who handles appointments. She is very rude, impatient and arrogant to the patients. She needs urgent training on communication and stress management. Otherwise you will lose patients because of her.
