Earlier, 5-6 years back this parlour had a very good reputation, but now it has detoriated to a good extent. Recently i got my haircut done, and the owner of the parlour she has worst temper when it comes to handling different hair accordingly, i have a frizzy hair which gets bad in humid days, first of all she doesn't shampoo and doesn't spary enough water so that my hair becomes lil manageable. If you will cut any frizzy hair dry!! Definitely it will feel rough and hard, but no she doesn't consider that and makes all the faces she can and handles the hair very roughly and badly. If they can improve on their customer care service i know this parlour will have smooth path to walk in.

I went to chanmei beauty salon for my pre and bridal service experience was phenomenal.I got recommendations of this salon from my friends of mine. The owner was very polite and humble. The main highlight was very professional expertise of the employees, quality of the product used, Cleanliness and very polite behaviour of the employees. I highly recommend everyone to take their service once and it will be worth your time and experience.

Worst experience. I've gone there for pre bridal related services. But there are hardly any staffs there and thr staffs available are not experienced nd professional at all. They themselves dont know what they are doing, what is the procedure. I've done hand nd leg wax, body polishing, eyebrows and hair spa. Neither of the services went well. The wax wasn't done properly there were hairs left at many places. Nd when told about that then they give stupid excuses. The hair spa procedure also takes around 2 hours but mine was done in merely one hour nd the lady really didn't knew what she was doing again when asked then I was given excuses like yaha aisehi hota hai. Jabki mene pehle bhi kayi baar spa karaya hai. The body polishing didn't had much effect in fact I can't see any difference at all. My money was really wasted here.
