Worst experience I have tried veg manchurian and doble egg fried rice both tastes very bad rice not fully cooked and manchurian ts a disaster. Not recommended.

As a customer who has visited Chinese Bells quite a lot of times as well as ordered online from here, I think I am deemed fit to give a proper review of this restaurant. Ambience - All the times that I have visited the restaurant, I have noticed that the AC does not work and if you are going to have a meal and sit in a closed, suffocating room, you will definitely not enjoy a meal. The restaurant, is dimly lit and the atmosphere is NOT welcoming. The hand washing area is also not clean and the liquid handwash provided is diluted with water. It is not proper to use such tactics in a decent restaurant. It is not supposed to be a roadside stall. the decor: 2/5 comfortable seating: 1/5 background music: 0/5 openness: 0/5 the lighting: 0/5 Food: One of the main reasons for me visiting this restaurant again and again and having some level of expectation in terms of the food here is the cuisine they serve. They so called specialise in Asian cuisine along with an offer of burgers, wings, and other stuff. I was looking forward to a change of taste from the usual biriyanis, currys and typical south Indian breakfasts and others and hence hoped they will have some real good taste in their food. I will review the food Items that I have personally had here. Chicken wings: The first time I had them It was OK. Form the next time I noticed the size of wing pieces were smaller in size. This continued for the next few times until I confronted the manager and he broke a nervous smile and said, " The vendor is giving us small pieces. You could have asked me and I would have added an extra piece." Seriously? I have to ask ? Why not restore the piece sizes or increase the quantity by yourself? This was the first time I was disappointed. Giant Cheese Chicken Burger: As most of you might have already visualized as how this would look like, I had too, but unfortunately what I received was nothing short of a regular (more on the smaller side) burger, with one single cabbage leaf, one single tomato slice, once single onion slice, One single thin slice of cheese and one really small chicken small patty. Sounds disappointing no? This time too, I gave the restaurant a chance and made a point to take a picture if something like this happens again. Nasi Goreng fried rice: Nasi Goreng means fried rice in Indonesian and the typical way this fried rice is prepared is with a fried egg on top. THAT is the signature style which sets this preparation apart from regular fried rice. I ordered this and the egg on top was missing. I asked the staff and they had no clue about it! having no clue about an item you prepare is sheer callousness and speaks a lot about having an indifferent attitude. this time I took a picture. Service: This section requires a special mention because honestly even if the food is not great most customers return back if the service is good, if they feel a warmth and receive generous behaviour from the staff. I am not loud spoken and even if I am not happy with the service, I do not usually make a scene in the restaurant out of the empathy for workers who make minimum wages. But here I experienced bad service and a cold attitude. The waiters are from Meghalaya and they cannot speak Hindi or English or Telugu. All the times I visited i received not a single instance of a friendly smile, any warmth or concern, neither did any one ask me if I had a decent meal or how was the food. Once you order food and are served the waiters disappear into a dark corner and are difficult to summon. What's more, the waiters are visibly irritated if you ask them for tissues or order a second time, as this probably makes them to get up from their comfort zone in the corner and work. I would not have written this review had I not been disappointed on multiple occasions. The management needs to look into these aspects as soon as possible if they want to make customers come back, If they want customers to have value for their money, if they want customers to feel happy and content after a meal.

Worst Manchurian I ever had in Hyderabad. Over priced and over cooked. I guess the people who are giving 5 Star rating to this place either have vanished taste buds or they are owner's dummy account

Combo deals are good and momos too. Space is bit conjusted and small
