Chinchoti Water Fall - Tourist attraction in Chinchoti - Palghar, India

You definitely have to go, it's an hour away from where I live (malad west) you won't regret it. but before embarking on the adventure, first ask the inhabitants of the place carefully about the way, because since there is nothing signposted, it is very likely that you will get lost be careful because it is a real trekking, you will have to cross rivers and get wet, cross mud, climb rocks, so wear good shoes, dry clothes to change into, your bag for the garbage you generate and take good care of yourself. we went very early, that's good because you won't see many people. I really insist that you take care of your trash because the place was still pretty clean and it's good that it stays that way

First you have to take rickshaw from station to chinchoti waterfall gate which costs around 30 rupees per person. There are many shops near waterfall so you can buy snacks form nearby shops. The overall experience was good but the local people were not friendly.

I have gone here twice Once during the summer and the other time during the monsoons. It is much cooler during the rains but you'll have to Trek for a good 45 min to 1 hour which is pretty surreal. During the summer it's blazing hot and you might get tanned pretty rough.

I had visited here number of times and every time I visited the more new place I find to relax. Take care of yourself in monsoon season. Don't litter everywhere. Keep clean the forest area.

One of the best places to visit during monsoon and also be very careful too, as the stones are very slippery and water flow is strong during heavy rain.

Absolutely brilliant waterfall and a great place for relaxing. This place is sacred and not much people visit here so you can rest assure for clam experience

14/8/2022 I must say this place is hidden gem near mumbai. Such a wonderful experience of offroute trekk with dense forest, we dint find the exact route of top side waterfall but we climb till 3rd waterfall no one was there as it was very dense part the force of the water was too high there so avoid going on that 3rd part. First 2 parts were gud u will get gud crowd there. Start your trek around 7am u will love the climate with less crowd at that time. The patch is very sleepery so wear proper shose that give u a proper grip. One more thing guys try to wear full cloths, Location : Get down at naigoen station ( east ) u will get a share auto for chichoti village ( 30rs per person on sharing basis) now u can start your journey from there. My overall expense was around 150 bugs so it's pocket friendly too..

Less crowded, we went on Saturday after monsoon. Waterfall was flowing. But we went beyond the main waterfall and found great spot of bigger waterfall plus satisfaction as only we were there and no one else. It was a free natural spa...
