Chinar Park is a locality. It is the crossing of Rajar hat Road and New Town Road that is the road connecting New Town and VIP Road. The crossing is a very important one and has become a very important business centre. There are numerous restaurants around. There is one proposed Metro Station. There are some famous restaurants like Aminia, Arsalan, Shimla Biriyani, Kareems etc. There are many Bar cum Restaurants too. There is one big Spencer outlet too. The place is very congested.

Chinar Park is the biggest and busiest among the crossings on the route from Airport to New Town. During busy hours of the day it takes 15 to 20 minutes to pass by this place. Traffic is always there at this place as it is on the way to office for many people living there and in near by localities. At present this place is surrounded by many housing societies and complexes. Infrastructure development around this place is happening at a rapid rate.

Quite a busy neighborhood, All amenities are easily available bus stops and public transportation is quite accessible, but if you are using cabs or car to travel to the city, manouvering through the traffic during the busy hours seems really very difficult.
Now last 3 years this place growing population is very fast. Now roads become good. But , after heavy rainfall, all this road stay inside water for 1/2 days . Plenty good apartment built up here. Fast growing residential place.
