Chinar Heritage Park bwnh' bg - City park in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

The real name of the place is Naseem Bagh. This garden has the largest number of the chinar trees in Kashmir. Visit here in autumn and you will be mesmerised by the beauty and ambience of this place. The place houses more than 1700 chinar trees. This now comes under the premisis of KU. It could have been a nice tourist attraction. Govt should probably work in this regard.

A colossal view of the Dal lake and adjacent mountains. The only problem is that it is a bit noisy due to the vehicular traffic on the main HazratBal route which is vicinal to this place. Overall, it is a serene experience

In Autumn (Oct end- Nov mid), never to miss the beauty of Naseem Bagh situated in University of Kashmir campus.The huge garden of Chinar trees with their changing colours is just mesmerizing.Nasim Bagh is located very close to the Dal lake. One can combine their visit to the Dal Lake along with the visit to Nasim Bagh. The highlight of this beautiful garden are the tall Chinar trees which are supposed to planted from the Mughal times. The reddish hue given by these trees to the garden is unique and this garden is probably one of the few places where one can get to experience this wonderful sight.The garden also looks beautiful during May-June when Chinar trees gives its cool breeze and the leaves looks beautiful too.I have always wanted to experience the splendour of Autumn and theres no place better to see the riot of colours than Naseem Bagh.Nasim bagh is just one of most beautiful garden of Srinagar. The view was amazing and unwritable. I can only say do not miss this garden to visit.Located along the eastern banks of Dal lake, Nishant bagh is a terraced Mughal garden constructed in the seventeenth century . When loosely translated from urdu, nishant bagh literally means "the garden of joy" . With the zabarwan mountains in the backdrop , this "garden of bliss" exhibits a panoramic view of the Dal lake in the midst of the lofty Pir Panjal mountain range . Laid out as a broad cascade of terraces lined with Chinar and Cypress , the alluring vista of nishant bagh attracts several travellers in the search of beauty in its purest forms.

Popular as Naseem bagh. Beautiful place situation within the campus of University of Kashmir. It has ots of Chinar trees that add to the beauty of University. Beautiful in almost every season. Some departments such as psychology, islamic studies, CORD etc are also within it.

A Very good place for a morning walk

A beautiful place to visit, presents a beautiful view of famous Chinar Trees inside the Kashmir University Campus. The place has the historical importance as it was laid down by great Mughal emperor AKBAR on the bank of world famous tourist place DAL LAKE near shrine of DARGAH HAZEATBAL.

Nasim Bagh or Chinar Heritage Park located on western shore of Dal Lake, is said to be the oldest Mughal garden in Kashmir. It is much adored for its magnificent Chinar trees some of which were planted long before Emperor Jahangir laid out the Shalimar Garden in Srinagar.

Nice place, but visit in october November.
