Very Bad Service . They don't know how to treat customers. Need to learn to speak with customer.The vendor on the road who is not educated would also not speak with thier customer the way they speak as if they are doing favour on us.I ordered Veg Sezhwan noodles to which they delivered Non veg later I called and informed them about the same to which they started blaming us for being specific. Even after being specific on call saying ki mujhe ek VEG full Sezhwan noodles chahiye. They person spoke very rudely without even accepting their mistake. Didn't even had a courtesy to say sorry. Instead kept on arguing.

Like everyone else is saying, this place has bad service. Those are all honest reviews & have had same experience. Owner/Manager guy at counter is not someone who knows how to communicate with customers. The food is barely average, but a lot of stuff is overpriced & some dish which I paid a bomb for (takeaway) & had to wait ages to collect, ended up being disappointing on multiple levels.

We had a great exp . The food is great and the menu gives a lot of delicious surprises. The service was brillant and very friendly.Very tasty food, reasonable prices. The food is very dilicious . Try the chicken crispy,prawns and Dragon Rice and American chop suey...

Okay, so, I was there for my birthday with my friends. My friends actually brought the cake with them. We just needed a place to celebrate. We, then, headed up here. Nice place. Good Food Quality. Good Taste. Good Service. Good Staff. Not too Expensive. All they need was just the maintenance. And that is why I have given them 3 stars and not that extra 2. At first the AC was not in a working condition. Then the place to sit was (was that a sofa?) torned. Only the first two rows of resto was in a condition to sit. AND!! They don't keep cold drinks!!

Food is overpriced. Service is very bad.have to wait a lot of time in front of them to get attention and ask what all dishes are available. Waiting time is too much. Not worth paying the high price for either the service or the food. Cheaper options are there nearby. Highly suggest avoiding this place.

Pathetic service .. doesnt listen to customers n doesnt take order properly instead will force to take extra products from them... and so much attitude ... no customer service at all.... rude behaviour pathetic srvice.. took the order back just caux i refused to take the extra product which i didnt ask for...i would neva recommend thid place to any1 eva.... i ordered 4 u guys cauz sum1 recommended it my budget is way higher dan ur restaurant.. thus attitude will shut ur shop soon on bet.
