Chin Chin - Chinese restaurant in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

I dined here with my family and may have made the mistake of ordering Thai food at a Chinese Restaurant. To their credit Chicken Dim sum was amazing. Service top notch. Ambience nice. But Tom yum soup we ordered was sub par. The real surprise came with the Phad Thai. I don't know if its a South Indian version but I have never seen a Phad Thai so red. It was like they used a sauce. I definitely won't order Thai food here again.

I had an extremely poor experience. The food was Okay. The service horrible, they forgot I was there. The first serving was Okay, but then I had to eat cold dumplings. The American Chop suey was utterly devoid of palatability. There was a party going on and lots of screaming... poor experience.

One of Best Chinese food in Coimbatore. The ambience was awesome. Bit on the pricer side but worth it for the ambience and service . American coupsey was disappointing, other than that definitely a good fine dine Chinese restaurant.

Good food, nice ambience. I wish they didn't overwhelm all the dishes with the sweet and sour flavor. I noticed this with both the appetizers I ordered as well as the entree. Great and knowledgeable staff. Definitely enjoyed the hospitality they provided both in the restaurant and in The Residency hotel. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place to try Oriental Cuisine. Good selection of vegetarian options.

We had ordered 3 main course items and only one out of them was served. The worst part, is that we were waiting for the others to be served but, why care to notify! We had to ask and then we were told that the other two man courses were not available. Final worst was left for the dessert, 3 desserts and one out of them was a ball shaped sweet item, it was not only shaped, looked like, they served a cricket ball itself. The knife didn't cut it, so i used my hands and then I felt it, the cork ball that was served to us. I don't know what was the dish that could be so so so hard. What is wrong with you guys? What kind of a restaurant are you running?

Decent food. Sushi quality and salmon quantity needs to be improved. Sometimes, the smoked salmon seems a bit old, other times it's good.

The best place to try Chinese food .the taste is unique and I enjoyed every bit . I should really appreciate their work and quality of items. Their fried ice cream was the core experience to taste them.

Food was slightly inconsistent.. Some of the dishes were excellent for example the mushroom tempura was really well done but the chicken we ordered was a bit boring. The service is what is expected of a hotel restaurant. Still for all the best Chinese I have had in Coimbatore... So will give 4 out of 5
