Worst hotel in nandhanam. I booked for room couple of months back with my family. Rooms are not clean. Even water is not coming in restroom. And this mostly suitable for bachelor party. Everywhere a person stands and smoke. My recommendation is not suitable for family and non smokers. Management staff are rude. They can't refund my deposit amount. In night I shift to another near by hotel. Terrific experience with this hotel Manager or owner I don't know that person role. Don't consider this hotel even a choice. Book some other oyo rooms.

The hotel service isn't great. The rooms are pretty expensive for the quality offered. The design of the room is bad as the corridors are about a step higher then the room which means we have to be careful when we step into and out of the room. The room is also cramped with 2 chairs and a tea table. Not enough space to move. The telephone was also not working when I was there. The food is on the expensive side but there are near by shops where we can eat. Suitable for 1 day stay.

Friendly staff, pleasant ready to help. Rooms can be made more modern. Still using box tv mounted on the wall. Toilets can be modernised too. Great location, access to Mylapore as well as T Nagar. Value for money.

Nice location but so many things to change staff not having hospitality not helpful at all no smile no nice words not caring the room I got was filthy the blanket was soiled and dirty when ask to change all as if we were annoying them not recommended at all accessories in the bathrooms filthy with buckets and all the tap water was running muddy water not one time we were ask are u fine sir do you need anything sir as if we were there or not that was not there concern no smile no nothing I work in the hospitality industry I know what am talking about pillows were dirty and stained not recommended at all

The reception counter needs improvement. When I went to meet my friend staying there on his call, the reception person refused to connect me and told That there are 40 rooms and he can not search the name. Told me rudely to call over phone. First time such experience at a hotel reception counter.

Best & immediate Room service., Ecstasy tasty foods & Buffet, Neat & Hygienic Conditions Lyk rooms,clothes, water. un time service people's are also kind and good.

Very bad smell very very dirty toilet no mug in the toilet a/cs are not working properly charged for extra bet which i never received no room service no restaurant i strongly advice people not to stay at this hotel if any childrwn stay at yhis hotel then they will have decease

Facilities are worst. No wifi, no intercom, Room full of insects. Worst maintenance
