Chillies Hotel - Restaurant in Mannarkad-I - Palakkad, India

I had a very disappointing experience at Chillies Hotel. The food was old and tasted bad, and the management were rude and scolding when I brought it to their attention. I was also shocked by their overall behavior towards customers. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I would advise other diners to avoid it at all costs. Recent experience: Me and my friends ordered a Beef and Chicken 'Kondattam' and it was very less in quantity and full of masala. Likewise, Mayonnaise is smelling and tasting bad and old. 3 Points to remember about: 1-Food tastes very old. 2-Waiting for hours and hours, No one will attend you because there is no sufficient staff to serve. 3-Management is very bad behavior.

Chillies hotel is one of the best family restaurant in Mannarkkad. It's has good food, especially their non veg food options are delicious . I would say it's better for a non veg lover than for vegitarian. I always have their chicken alfam ,a bit too much for me . Their portions are big and they give you enough rice to go with the chicken. One factor i really Loved about their food is the mayonnaise is really good. Instead of the watery sauce which we normally get, their one is consistent and we'll flavoured.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The food was too bad and some of the dishes were cold and clearly not fresh (Mayonnaise, Beef and chicken kondattam). Furthermore, the service was slow and inattentive. Our waiter seemed disinterested in our table and didn't check on us frequently enough, leaving us waiting for long periods of time with empty glasses and plates. The cashier who's behavior was too bad. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend it to others. The quality of the food and service did not live up to the price point, and I left feeling unsatisfied and underwhelmed.

The food was very worst and the staff behaviour was very rude when we told that. We went with family and none of us liked the food coz nothing tasted fresh and it was a complete bad experience.

Very bad food. Not tasty. I ordered garlic fish. They brought fish emmerced in garlic sauce.

Hotel venue changed.Transferred to the next bldg.near Honda bikes.Facilities upgraded with spacious fine area,a/c,non a/c,family areas available,with quality food and juices
