I had a hair oil massage-wash-blowdry for me and a haircut for my daughter. Pretty good experience. The staff, Akshaya and Uma provided professional service and good customer care. Highly recommend their hair oil massage.

I did my smoothening. They haven't done well. It's was become normal in 1 week. I tried to contact them, no response from them. These people are there in the parlour akshaya and uma, doesn't know how to do smoothening also. Ironing the half hairs , leaving the half. Did my eyebrows also, she strached my skin. I was regular customer for chillbreeze Spencer branch from 2009, i thught it would be the same one but these are franchisee people. Bcz of name chill breeze, taken service. But really worst service. They haven't not kept experienced people, small girls are here for work without knowing there job.. better don't go this place.

Horrible place... very pricey, the staff performing the services are not trained, just random people doing the haircut

I got bouncy hair cut with slight fringes in the front... My husband liked it very much.. There are changes in the staff team now... So they are really good. My hair stylist did a great job. Then I got a choco foot massage... That person also did very good.... service was good

Very worst experience in this studio, which one is taking the service don't know his name but iniyas or imityaz something the worst behaviour literally he is not a barberer I think. After he cuty hair it's pathetic very uncomfortable feel very bad..... Really a worst service ever. Not using proper procedure while facial service he don't even wash his hands not a proper uniform rude behaviour..... My honest experience from this studio.
