Chill Out Restaurant cum Bar - Restaurant in Siliguri, Panchanai - Darjeeling, India

I had travelled across the length & breadth of the world and stayed with the best of brands in my past and I must say that I have never encountered such behaviour /service by any hotel manager ( Ajay Lama ) pathetic behaviour/attitude .. don't plan to visit this hotel ever .. For we customer service and behaviour comes first before the hotel amenities /food. I have had an pathetic experience with the manager ( Ajay Lama)

The food was delicious. We ordered a chicken fried rice, chilly chicken and lemon chicken. They have an outside sitting area which is quite cosy during winter mornings. They also have an AC indoor seating. I just hope they improve their service as it was slow.

Good food and ambience ,must try virgin Pina colada and service by my Miss Sarita was really appreciated.

Mr Haque has truly been the highlight of our dining experiences at Chill Out Methibari. His exceptional service and attention to detail have made each visit memorable. His friendly demeanor and knowledge of the menu have enhanced our dining experience. We can confidently say that Haque is the best waiter we've ever had. Coupled with the fantastic food and inviting ambiance, Chill Out Methibari remains our favorite place for a delightful meal.

We found very good food in Siliguri at Chill Out Restaurant.Food quality and quantity was owasm. Value for money food & service. Recommend for visit once.

We had a nice time at the restaurant and Sarita was really helpful and had great service skills. She was sweet, polite and prompt with orders. The food was okay as well!
