One of the oldest and largest park of the city, built and maintained by the BHEL.
The main attraction of the park is Toy train and suspension over small canal river.
Ticket of toy train is Rs 20.
There are numbers of swings and slides.
Management of park should pay attention for grass cutting on time.
Time of park is 04:00 pm to 08:00 pm.
Decent place with good environment but it is not maintained well and therefore it is a down point! But considering it has no entry fees, it is acceptable.
Used to be so beautiful and kids friendly 10 years back....now just a dirty place with overgrown grass, dirty Lake and couples hiding in the bushes.
It is not maintained nowadays, plants n grass are getting dry, train is also not working. Passage is also filled with mess, no cleanliness.
Well maintained park for children which also consist of a toy train which will take you on a trip of park
No tickets needed to go inside the park but you have to buy tickets for the train

No doubt, park is Beautiful n good to be being there n visit, but it is so called Children's park, instead it should be named as "Couple's park". Security should be enhanced, to maintain healthy environment over there.
