Worst service. Not interested in customer service . Shop is good. Staffs are busy in personal issues. There are other shops in Cherthala for the public. The owner of the shop better to avoid such people.

Very worst customer service I ever experienced. If the owners are reading this reviews kindly instruct your staff to be polite to customers .or give them a training about how to deal with people. If they have any personal problem , tell them to leave it at home and come for sales duty as a good sales woman/man. A notice board is seen at the entrance door with great quotes ,but that is not enough sir .

One of the best textile shop in cherthala. A suitable ready mades shop for Wedding parties. The shop has more than 30 years of good will in the field.

Staffs are very friendly.. They doesn't have any prblm in showing us the collection, unlike a textile very nearby
