This is my very old friend's shop, it is located at Baberu area main chauraha banda road in banda district. Here you get everything from bakery, cake, birthday party stuff, sweets, groceries.

I never knew about this place until I reached Kanha.. just my friends said, we shall go for a small trip and one of my friend organised each and everything.. We almost travelled for more than 5 hours from Gondia, Maharashtra to reach Kanha, M.P. We had booked for a night Safari in advance.. we started by around 7pm.. just the jeep driver and 1 guard WITHOUT any safety weapons!! I never knew this ride would be the most scariest ride I have ever been.. you are not allowed to use your mobile, nor use the torch, nor talk with your friend sitting beside you.. The Jeep driver switches off his engine and even the headlights.. The forest is so so dense.. oh my god.. you cannot even see the fellow sitting beside you.. it's that Dark!!! To add to this, the driver and the guard narrated us the scary story of a tiger attacking few tourists and also killed few localites.. and the name given to the tiger we were all half done by this story only.. you have nothing with you to defend in case the tiger attacks.. we were just waiting when we would go back.. Safari was for almost 2hours.. we could spot few bisons.. thank god, not the tigers.. finally we came back safely!! In the midnight, temperature went down to -1degC. Believe me. It's freezing cold.. so be prepared.. morning safari was not that scary, because so many vehicles are allowed into the Jungle.. overall, a superb place.. A great jungle and national park. I always love to visit be it any season. You will enjoy the forest at all times even if you miss seeing the tigers. I will recommend at least 3-4 safaris through kanha safari booking to have a good chance of tiger sightings as well as other fauna and visit most of the park
