It was my first visit and definitely NOT GOING to visit again ever.Very RUDE behaviour.We visit a doctor so that they can help us in diagnosing the problem but Dr C Das was so impolite. When I asked them to elaborate a little more about a specific concern he clearly told me to Google it just because we did our test from somewhere else! Seriously? Why am I then paying Rs 600 to you? Such a bad experience.

I have been there 3 times. I have had a very good experience with Dr Avinava Ghosh, long before he moved to Chikitsa Clinic. My only concern is the staff behaviour. It seems these staffs are immature and try to be rude to you if you don't speak much. The best thing would be to complain about the staff directly to the doctor and the ground floor reception.
