A divine epitome of nature's craftsmanship. The picturesque sunset and the panoramic view of the mountains is a treat to the eyes. At sunset you see the contrasting shadows of the mountains near and far that looks like some artist has painted it to perfection. It is not much crowded, serenity surrounds the place. Chikaldhara is a marvelous escape from the daily shenanigans of city life.

I went on a motorcycle trip to Chikhaldara in the month of November! Approx. 230 kms from Nagpur, this spot is worth visiting once. Sunset point in wintery abend is phenomenal. It's really photogenic and cool breeze blowing through the sunset during the brumal is amazing! I had a pleasant experience with calm sight of how sun sets in West by changing it's color.

The point is situated on the Vairat hills at Vairat. Which is considered to be King's Vairat capital in the Mahabharata era. Sunset is very attractive to see. Chikhaldara in the east from here and on west lie the numerous hill ranges befitting the name Satpuda's. You can enjoy this point between 5pm to 6pm.

Place is good for seeing sunset or sunrise.very good scenes seen with jungle trees

One of the best point to visit particularly in the morning and or in the evening depending upon the sun rise and sun set timings. Both offer different scenic beauty of the morning sun and evening sun. This point is undergoing repairs and beautification and a must vist during the stay in Chikhaldara. Mozari view point is next to Mozari MTDC Resort. it offers a great scenic view of the valley next to it. Best time to go is early morning because with the sunlight, the visibility decreases due to too much of brightness.

The best timelapse of the sun setting in the mountain ????! Yes you can definitely find that here . At altitude of almost 1200 feet this point gives u mesmerising view of the sunset into the mountains living u awestruked.
