Good services and dishes tastes good.. clean and neat sitting area and washroom..

Worst experience at chicking , gokulam mall. Mojito was even worse than lime juice, tastes like Colgate in my opinion . The pizza over burnt. But the fried chicken was okay

I had gone to this restaurant many times.. I felt a good vibe along with my family. The food over there is also so good... When it comes to customer service, all the staffs over there were so good to others!

Food was good but service was bad which I didn't expect at all. I asked for chicken grilled lollipop, he said he needs to check whether it's available or not he went to the counter and didn't return for a long time which delayed our food even more because a a family of 7 or 8 who camera after us ordered their food and because we had to wait for the response made our food order to be taken late. Had ordered few stuffs. Nuggets were really good, fried chicken were tender and juicy, French fries were bland and soggy, fried prawns were small and had no flavor. Grilled lollipop was ok.. Strictly ok. Now comes my major gripe, how hard it is to provide drinking water to its customers? We had to like beg for water. Is it like a tactic from the company itself to make us buy other drinks? Felt like it for me. We were 3 including my 5 year old son. I asked for water and they asked 2 cups na? What? Why discount my son? Because he is a kid? We ordered food for him also they didn't ask at that time though? Also the time it took for the water to reach was unbelievable. People like me who doesn't visit such fast food often aren't accustomed to beg for drinking water even the road side snack stalls provide food water without asking. Don't even think about asking for refill also . Also the AC was so low we were uncomfortable sitting there for long time. Never had such experience in chicking.

Food is just ok. Ordered food (parcel) of just two fries and waited 45 mins for that. Asked them 2-3 times, and still it took 45 mins for them to pack 2 fries. Staff behavior was not good.

Service was good & taste was average. The woman at the cash counter couldn't return change (a nominal amount) but still she didn't bother to say it. She just handed over the balance notes and only when i asked did she care to say she didn't have change. She didn't even give the receipt after I paid the amount. It's not about the money but it's about communicating to the customer.

The outlet was pleasent and staff experience was too good,taste is delicious which I mention as it varies from each outlet.only issue is that the outlet ac is not working properly.

Food is delicious and worth the money. It has everything that makes chicking different from other fried chicken options. Never experienced a bad customer service whatsoever. It doesn't have high occupancy which makes it kinda crowded sometimes.
