Utter nonsense. Outlet closing time mentioned as 11.00 pm and at 10:44 they denied to take order for 6 Royal Crunchy. Last time also the same thing happened, and that was for just 1 min late, and that we can admit, and no right to ask after the working hours. If you cannot take orders after 10:30 mention the closing time as 10:30 or whatsoever it may. But you should honour the time you announce. Now onwards simply quitting the brand forever. WORST SERVICE
Poor customer service and delay in packing. Don't a expect a good approach from their staff. Packaging was also not that good. They are careless of what we order, we have to double check if they have packed everything what we ordered. Food quality needs to be improved, dont expect a good taste when comparing with other Chicking outlets. I would suggest to visit another Chicking outlet.
