ChicKing - Fast food restaurant in Kottakkal - Malappuram, India

Good food both grill and fried now they changed their interiors which is looking good. Now they added some more items in menu. I am ordered the crunchy prawns but which is not good

The ambience and facilities of this brand is superb at Kottakkal town. Has vaat area occupied with modern tables and sofa like seating arrangements. The eatery has washroom and baby feeding room too. They provide take in , delivery and in house dining table here. But the price according to the quantity or portion of the food is not satisfactory. Even multinational brands of eateries too provide good portion of fried chicken than this Chicking brand. This should be considered.

The checking here is tasty . But you have to wait for a long time.It is brought after a long time. And the taste is nothing great. I was expecting a lot But normal broast

Worst service by team chick king. Order taking guy have took order properly amd he is trying place order with mr sujith. Sujith is not listening him. He have tried 8times to place order with sujith. But sujith was in busy on dealing someones salary theough phone. Finally we dropped the order of frizzer and that time he asked the issue. I explained but he is asking the order taking guy about it. Then we told to sujith that that boy did his job neatly, u were busy with another works. He told he didnt hear him. But we hear his voice to our table. Very poor service. Burned chicken also served by them. 800Rs lost.

The food quantity was atrociously small for the price we are paying..So small that it was not enough even to identify the taste..If you are hungry i would not recommend this as you would have to order a lot as the food is not filling and is expensive.But if you are looking for passing time you can go for it as the servers are good and there's enough parking..

I visited Chicking and purchased two Royal Wraps, but I was disappointed by the poor service due to a lack of staff. Tissues were not provided, and the prices seemed high compared to other options in Kottakkal, such as Zangos Grill. Unfortunately, the taste didn't meet my expectations either. The portion size was small, and excessive red mayo overshadowed the chicken's flavor, making it hard to enjoy. Considering the alternatives available,I would recommend exploring other options for a more satisfying experience.

Its a very good place for everyone specially for family and kids. They have special care for childrens and they have great customer service as the customer wants. ChicKing is located in the Chenguvatti, Kottakkal. So easily accessible. Very good service and understanding people. Tasty food as always. Highly recommended.

Our recent experience with Chicking was quite disappointing. We placed an order for 12 pieces, but we received only 11 pieces. This inconsistency in the order fulfillment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service quality. We hope Chicking takes immediate steps to rectify such discrepancies and improves their attention to detail. #UnsatisfiedCustomer
