ChicKing - Fast food restaurant in Karunagappalli - Kollam, India

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at your restaurant. I visited your place last night for dinner with my family, and we had a very bad dining experience. First of all, we had to wait more than half an hour for our food, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. This was unacceptable, as we were hungry and expecting a timely service. Secondly, the table service was very poor. After the food was served to our table, we realized that there was no sauce dip provided. We asked the service boy to bring some, but he took another 5 minutes to do so. Moreover, he was not following the standard operating procedures, as he was serving our food with dirty hands. He was using the same glove for cleaning the table and serving the food, which was very unhygienic and disgusting. Thirdly, the restaurant environment was not pleasant at all. We could see that the roof was leaking inside the kitchen, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the food preparation. The only positive thing about our visit was the bill guy, who was amazing and courteous. We were very disappointed with our experience at your restaurant, and we do not plan to return or recommend it to anyone. We ordered the M'Crunchy burger but got the usual burger with chicken and cabbage. The quantity of french fries was a way too less compared to the chicking at Trivandrum and Kochi. The staffs were too noisy. We could hear the guys talking inside the kitchen. Good thing: Less crowd and ambient parking

Try to visit on monday or wednesday if u wish to by fried chicken.. They providing offers on that day.. Good quality fried chicken and somewhat affordable rate

Very bad service and approach . Today me with my family visited karunagappally store, Order taken and waiting for 40 minutes and more no more peoples are there. Not getting food, waste of time and bad behaviour for delivery boys... .

A complete dispoinment, choose the KFC near to this. Even the ac wasn't working at this idiotic outlet, which was a big disappointment. Inconsiderate behaviour, a broken Pepsi machine, and money wasted. We bought five burgers and a Pepsi, which together cost me about 950 rupees, outside in the scorching heat. I was perspiring, the doors were all closed, and once inside, it felt like you were inside a boiler. The food also tasted awful. choose the KFC a few blocks away

Horrible place ... no cleanliness at all . Rats in kitchen, old mint lives used in drinks.. when asked replied by staff that we always use it like that.. horrible

Majority foods in the menu are unavailable. Really worst service. The attitude towards customers are bad.. Not budget friendly also there was no dip. The drinks were high cost . And ..after all ...will not prefer to anyone .

Service is very bad and attitude of staffs towards customers is aggressive.
