Today, I purchased a bucket meal. I asked the cashier twice whether it was spicy or not. After checking my receipt, I noticed that the chicken was labeled as spicy, so I enquired once more if it was suitable for children. The cashier assured me that it wasn't spicy and was safe for children. After having the meal at home, my child found the chicken to be extremely spicy. My wife and I experienced the same issue, finding it excessively spicy. I kindly request the management not to sell or misrepresent the spiciness level to attract customers. I do not recommend this chicken, especially for families and kids.
Best place for fried chicken. A name we can believe in. One of the better brand branches, with plenty of parking and dining space. The staff is also excellent.

Bad experience!Had to wait for 30 min to recieve the order at the table.Dine in area not hygienic and not maintained.Wash area is overused and not clean.Could even see flies while having the food.AC not working and had to spend time fleeing the flies while eating. People who ordered take away and online orders are given preference and other's have to frequently remind to get it faster Even though food was tasty , all other experiences make it a bad choice to dine in .
The worst chicking I ever had the misfortune of eating from. The chicken was tasteless and microscopic, the staff lazy with not a care for anyone's time, extremely long waiting time despite not being crowded and having a tiny order. Plus I got a wrong order after waiting for about an hour. Please don't go if you value time and money.
Ordered Burger Combo from Zomato, through Chic King which ideally should have two veg and two chicken burgers, but it had only three and no chicken at all, with a pizza filling instead! When we called them, customer care service was also very bad!
