Chicken Express - Shawarma restaurant in Kovilpatti - Tuticorin, India

I had dinner at chicken express Restaurant last night, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The ambience of the restaurant was the worst I have ever encountered. There was no ventilation, and the place was clearly designed for air conditioning, but there was only one fan, which was hardly enough to circulate the air. As a result, the restaurant felt stuffy and hot, and I was sweating like a pig throughout my meal. I ordered the chicken tikka masala with one tawa roti, one kuboos, and one butter roti. However, the taste was extremely disappointing. The chicken tikka masala lacked flavor and depth, and the rotis were dry and lacked the softness and freshness that I expected. The overall quality of the food was below par, and I was extremely disappointed with the taste. To make matters worse, I had trouble sleeping the whole night after eating at chicken express Restaurant. I suspect it was due to the poor quality of the food, as I have never experienced such discomfort after a meal before. It was perhaps the worst dinner experience I have ever had. Another major letdown was the lack of proper ventilation, which made the dining experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. The restaurant clearly needs to invest in better ventilation and cooling solutions to ensure a comfortable dining experience for its customers. In conclusion, my experience at chicken express Restaurant was extremely disappointing. The ambience was poor with no ventilation, the food tasted subpar, and I faced discomfort after the meal. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning in the future.

Good ambience with nice cushion. Spicy Shawarma taste is awesome with more quantity. 1 shawarma is large enough for 1 person. French fries is somewhat okay but quantity is too high which can't even eat by 3 persons. In drinks, I tried Mojito Strawberry which is average. Moderate price range. Some of the items were not available.

I saw some reviews and went to buy some sandwich and burgers but as of now these guys are not serving those items (Sandwich , burger , pizza , cutlet) bought few items(parcel) quantity and quality were good

Good food , good service , small and average atmosphere. Can have shawarma generously. Noodles was not that good. Go for their combos. It's a good place with friends. Basically can try shawarma..

Worst chicken rice and biriyani i had in my life. They used old chicken for the fried rice. Most of my friends had vomiting. These guys need to close the shop or Give good food for the customers. Coz the customers paying their money for their meal , Some people work hard the meal to get , these guys wasting their hard work but giving awful food to them . I hope people should select good resturants and fast foods shops.

Even though the place looks very sketchy. Food is actually good and also at reasonable cost. I had shawarma and chicken burger there. Both were good. It's the best option for peeps who are back home from big cities and are craving for a shawarma. Ambiance could be improved though.
