Chhavi Hotels - Hotel in Noida - Meerut, India

Was staying at hotel chhavi for nearly two months as a part of our company training program. The first thing you will notice is that the service detoriates from the day one until checkout, the longer you stay, the less likely you get the quality service. Food rates are costly as usual. Though they have good room service and house keeping staff, which can be rated 5 star, taste and quantity wise deserves a absolute zero rating. Though you get complimentary breakfast, taste and quality is horrible. Better to skip. Few rooms are very small, I somehow survived at room 521, which has bathroom without bolt, broken taps etc.., and you are paying for this, I did complain about the room condition, but the reception hardly reacted and did not bother to change rooms, although they the hotel has got two lifts, most of the times they keep one lift switched off, not sure why?? They do have laundry service, which can be rated at average.

Great place to chill out with family and friends. Room service and food are great. The ambience is marvelous. Staff is humble and always ready to help.

Good place to stay, good facilities, have a nice Green garden in front of it for morning or nightly walk or time pass. But, food is not tasty, I have found bad quality oil used in cooking. After complaining to the manager, it was corrected. Another thing worth mentioning, though the Bathroom floor is made of Non-slippery tiles, it is actually very slippery. Even after complaining, it was not corrected. There is Cultfit Gym at the 2nd floor of the hotel.

these people will enter your room when you're outside in the name of room cleaning. i was not present in my room, and when i came back, my room was organized. i am not against the fact that they cleaned my room, but before leaving, i did not ask anyone to clean my room. the housekeeping staff entered my room without permission. and when i complained about it, the manager did not accept it that they were wrong. in his defense, he said it is our protocol to clean every room even if the guest has not asked it. i said you cannot just enter the guest's room, they were reluctant to agree that it was wrong at their part to enter a guest's room without permission. i will never recommend this hotel. not trustworthy.

The rooms is note good & hotel staff Behaviour.. And bathrooms are disgusting. Not possible for anyone to use. The door cards did not work.

The rooms were extremely clean and the amount paid was totally worth it. This is one of the most decent places to stay in noida. The service was great too and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Highly satisfied with the services. They are taking care regarding our belongings our rooms. Example :- they cleaned my room without saying and my stuff was placed at the place where it belongs. Highly impressed and thanku for so cooperative stay.

Value for money. Budget friendly hotel with good parking space. Newly renovated and good location as well. Staff polite and helpful too. Hope they keep their standards and pricing the same. Good stay overall.
