Very Nice Statue Of Great Maratha King Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Statue is installed in Bal Wadi. Statue is not that much huge. It is beautiful and some plantation is also there around the statue. The circle where statue is installed is surrounded by number of indoor and outdoor stadiums which were opened in 2008 during Common Wealth Games. Nearby, complex office is located.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Balewadi Stadium is for everything from Sports to Live Concert. Holi festival, New year parties and sport events. Facilities for every sport is provided here as I seen. Watched the sports like Kabbaddi, Khelo India Khelo National Sports Event. Live concerts of Arijit Singh, etc. Very Nice!!

Amazing place for your sports, morning runs and jog. Parking available, all sports facilities.

The entire stadium is nicely maintained. Good place for jogging / walks.
