Visit Panvel , strictly on or bicycle , conserve fuel, u don't get parking easily except on Sunday or after 7:00 when is no fear of towing of your or two wheeler. At times traffic police lock / at the same place without towing. . Shivaji Maharaj's castle model , is an epitome of Shivaji's valour , is a feast for eyes. It's awesome . It fills our heart with pride. It's a symbol of his strength , courage and indomitable spirit.
It is actually build at the junction of all the roads of Panvel. The statue is well built. The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk (Round About ) has been named after this statue. It is built in the affinity of Rotary Club Park. Every area in Panvel can be accessed from this junction. Recently , the roads at this junction have been modified and the area has been de-crowded.
