One of the worst customer experience. Make sure you know of the extraneous charges. They want 40% extra . 18% wastage charge- fixed irrespective of the design per the guy. Another 10% making charge. 10% stones. Ask them to be upfront. 0% transparency and customer service is a joke.

The staff is very co operative , the designs are beautiful except that the store is really tiny but hey they are here from generations hence the size ! My mom always stop by here when there is a wedding in the family and go no where else since here childhood ! The snacks and drinks they offer shows good customer service . We are here from breakfast to dinner today lol ! I can't be more happier about my diamond choker .

It is a very old family owned shop. We bought some necklaces and ear rings for kids. We had a pleasant experience.

Very bad experience, owner was so rude and probably he thinks he own the customers. Limited collection of ornaments and for anything they say they will fabricate for you, I happen to check the jewellery closely and precisely most of them were not symmetrical and the quality of stones they use is awfully low standard with scratches everywhere, they try to mellow you down by talking sweet but all that is just rubbish as the ornament quality is not upto the mark and they know it as well.

We have been their customers from 2 generations. Consistency and quality were always the same over the years. On my recent visit, I was impressed by their emphasis on value addition to the customer while customizing my jewellery. Not only they guided me regarding design but also price factor.
