If I could have given a negative rating I would have given. Such a FRAUDSTER they are. I was going to buy some Jeeplery from there and after selection they said that they will not take card payments. I am going to report this to the Consumer forum that you guys are looting the tax money by not properly logging the sale values. Absolute pathetic stage of lootness in Jamshedpur.

Buying gold is an experience, of course due to it's value. I have visited this store thrice. First two times when it was initially inaugurated and then yesterday. There are small things that as customers we notice and would like to highlight the same - 1. The huge collection they started off with has deteriorated. They have limited collection now. Or the staff was not active enough to show. 2. Staff : I have had very good experience in terms of service which seemed to lack this time. The staff could have been more co-operative. They initially seemed lazy. Since i had to buy couple of items it didn't result in a good experience overall. Seems like all the good staff has been sent to the first floor. Also requesting for google feedback is okay, I understand people rely on such feedbacks these days but asking a customer to take out the phone on the spot and give a google rating/ review is not okay. Specially when they are in between payment and checkout. Adding a review is a choice of customer. Staff should focus on customer service and hospitality, the good reviews will automatically come in.

Gold is genuine. The good part ends here. Their gold rates are always higher compared to reliance or tanishq, which means higher making as well. In spite of making high value purchase chd charges extra for making card payments unlike other gold retailers. Their product comes with no quality guarantee and quality of products have deteriorated over time - almost all jewellery purchased over the last 3 yrs with links on earrings, chains have given way in regular use. On all occassions, i ended up coughing more money on repair to avoid rendering the jewellery useless.

We are shopping in CHD since my grandfather's generation and this is only because of the trust, quality and service which CHD has provided us till now!

Very nice and friendly behavior. We had good experience at CHD, sakchi branch. Except few of times some of the representatives behavior was quite awkward and unacceptable.
