The hotel is good, it is on a highway since it is easy to locate. It is near the Industrial Area. The room was spacious, clean and the ambience of the room is good. The restaurant seemed expensive but the food was delicious. Since the hotel is outside the city, you wont have anything to do else staying in your room.
The hotel's service is pathetic . I will rate my stay and would like to give 0 star. I hope owner or manager read the review. There is no tea or coffee maker. Requested for hot water and not got the same in two hours even after 4 reminders. Bathroom was dirty. Linen and towels are also in the bad shape. Overall very bad experience.
This hotel is suitable when someone has some work in the industrial area. A great property lacking in timely service and maintenance.
Giving 1 star to this place is also not worthy. Ridiculous staff, 0 room service, dirty bedding, drunkard staff at night time, AC not working adequately, mosquitoes in room and washroom and pathetically hotel couldn't afford Allout Or Hit spray even. No immediate response to customer complaints.
Hotel is on the GT road itself so easy to locate. Rooms are spacious and clean but services are pathetic. You will have to follow for any order placed or service requested otherwise they will forget it. I ordered dinner to reception lady and I called after 45 mins reception person was changed and no order was placed yet.
Chevron Klassik Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers great amenities. A highly recommended choice for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
We had an one night stay at the hotel. the check in and check out experience was smooth. room was spacious. toilet was clean. they provided water bottles that's good. i ordered parantha from the restaurant, that was also nice and they send a pair so it's enough id say for two people if u prefer to eat light. only downside I'd say was a tiny cockroach that I saw running around. overall a happy stay.
Rooms are big but little old. Wall have damps and there is something in the blankets they give which keeps on itching which is the worst part.
