It was a good choice visiting pannai veedu! The staff were really friendly and attentive. It was well cleaned and there were plenty of rooms with a/c. Overall it was a decent experience! P.S: I left my watch over there when I checked out but after I talked with the staff and to the people in office, they told me that they'll send it through courier, that was really kind of them!

Good vacation spot far out of the city with a great green ambiance. We had a good time with our family. We stayed for 2 days booking 7 rooms for Rs 50000 for two days. The kitchen access is extra, for which they charge Rs 1500 for the whole day and Rs 500 jus for tea/coffee preparation. Too expensive for such a low furnishing kitchen. We had a good time with the swimming pool. But there are a big list of adverse things to start from very bad power supply, food option, the ACs turn off a lot due to power fluctuations, please avoid the dorm room especially during summer, the insulation is so poor that there is zero air conditioning whole day we were drenched with sweat and heat. Only one room has TV, no much activities to do.

There's a lot of hate reviews on this property which is not really right. I just spent a lovely day at this amazing property. The amount of details on lighting and landscaping to ensure that you have a better experience is amazing. Totally worth the price and amazing privacy. We came in as 3 families with young toddlers and kids loved the place. The pool is ample enough to play for the whole group. Also the night view of this place is amazing. Food ordering is a minor challenge but we came mentally prepared for it. If you like a disconnected experience with all the basic luxuries, I totally recommend this place.

We went as a group of 12 people(4 families) in the month of April. We never faced any power supply problems. We had a great time here and would definitely visit this place again.

The place is pretty remote. The climate will play a major role . There's ample space to play . The swimming pool is relatively small and the water wasn't so good. The caretakers are polite n helpful. Get yourself prepared like toiletries n stuff. If you can cook there nothing like that.Overall a Nice experience overall

The place was remotely located and the caretaker were polite. But things turned upside down by the way the manager of the place started talking once we told him that the resort had no electricity and requested for a partial refund Although the generator was not turned on on our request. My aadhar card which was submitted as a security was used by the manager to threaten me that he will file a police complaint using fake grounds although i have ample proof to disprove his claim as the place was covered with CCTV. He was the meanest manager I've ever come to contact with and i think people should never book this place and let the owners know about the negative attitude of the manager of the place.

The attitude of the owner and staff is unsatisfactory. When I inquired about the property details the person who spoke to me was too rude. Even after asking several times to speak politely, he refused and talked rudely. I hope someone with dignity never books the property with them. I was about the book the property and sent all the details because of his rude behavior, I did not book the property. But I feel lucky now after reading the reviews, now i feel like thank got that rude guy saved my day ;)

Very worst experience ever had, full day no current when informed to the management person one MR. Sreekanth he was very rude used filthy languages against us no service provided, room were very bad not even water was provided. Bathroom were dirty flush not working. Charging extra for running generator. Please don't book this place for any of your getogethers.They just cut the power after 2 hrs of your check-in.just before sharing this review i read review from random person mentioning about the same power cut and generator issue and a revert was given as we need to go through all the details before booking...how come every random person booking this farm house is facing same issue. Anyone booking in future request you to please read all the clauses mentioned by the farm house so that u won't get such revert if in case u get into such issues.
