Well maintained place with neat environment and parking facility.I have seen workers cleaning and grooming plants regularly. Entry ticket cost is Rs.25/ person.Boating is available at reasonable price per person. Outside food is not allowed inside. Only the water bottles are allowed. This park is closed on Tuesdays. Auditorium,Party Hall are also available for private concerts, ceremonies,etc,. One Nice place to spend time with if you love nature .

Entry : Main gate is easily Accessible from the Metro/MTC . There is a back gate accessible near the Chetpet railway station. Fee : Chargeable for entry. seperate fee for boat rides. Amenities : There are well maintained lawns and gardens. It's a very clean park and is a respective from the concreye jungle. Refreshing to visit this place in the evening when cool breeze blows over the lake. There's is a well maintained children's play area inside and it also has a food zone closeby if you feel hungry after talking a walk. The park is well let in the evening and is Under cctv surveillance. This is a must visit place for a carefree evening to relax and chill.

Reasonable entry fee. Very calm place.mainted very well.Has an Aquarium, restaurant and a gym inside. Neat car parking. It would be around 3 km if you walk one full round. Walking around the last lake area is restricted only to people who have monthly pass. Children play area is available. Small canteen is also available. Open only in the evening. .very near to kilpauk metro. Easy to reach via bus or metro. Open from early morning Walk during that time is so amazing.

Good well maintained park. Excellent job by Chennai Corporation. Large parking space, good food joints, beautiful lake and boating facilities etc are available here. Good walking track. Need membership for access to the entire stretch of the walkway. Also there is a charge for accessing the walkway and the lake. Large number of people visit this place on weekends. Good place indeed.

Wonderful place to spend your evening time and ease your mind from work tension. It has a food court.

Worst park ever ,even the security guard has a bad attitude . These guys are taking extra money to take food inside

Nice park, it's greenery, lots of trees, plants and flowers.. it's peaceful and fresh air.. cleanliness is maintained inside the premises.. people come here for walking, jogging, meditation, yoga and exercising..

Unfortunately this lake doesn't have natural water way connection, they have closed it. Now it's depends on borewell water as well as direct rain on lake. Cleaning and maintaining lake is important only. but it should be with connecting waterways. Otherwise it's like decorated flower without root and plant. It's look good not wealthy.
