The hospital Chetana- Cancer Pain and palliative centre- started in June 2013 in the buildings and furniture provided by Wandoor Grama Panchayat in Malappuram District, Kerala The project was a humble beginning when Dr Vinu Krishnan appointed as the medical officer in Govt Homeopathy dispensary, Koorad in Malappuram District in 2008 February. Because of his dedicated hardwork, in 2013 September Wandoor Grama Panchayat provided space for the hospital and Govt of Kerala sanctioned few permanant posts of CMO,RMO,MO, Nursing staff, clerical staff, cook etc. Now in 2017 August, the dream come true, a new fully fledged hospital with all most modern facilities for cancer treatment, but using homoeopathy medicine only.The hospital is equipped with 24x7 ambulance, ICU, Lab,e card facility with integrated hsopital managment.
