Chetana Loksanghrahasala - Museum in Panchal - Bankura, India

An excellent place to visit for all age groups. The collection in the museum is awesome. One will find everything very interesting. A must visit place. The welcome and hospitality of the organisation members is excellent. Apart from maintaining the museum, the organisation also conducts various social welfare programmes. A number of well known personalities from different walks of life are associated with the organisation which makes it more colorful. The route to Panchal Loksangrahasala is also picturesque thru saal jungle. Good place for weekend trip.

items like old manuscripts on palm leaf,tulot paper are preserved here for display. Old wall clocks, rectangular and round shape,petty charkha, bardoli charkha ,brass and copper made utensils, bisnupuri lanterns, petromax,old locks, hats made of lama leaf,palm leaf, etc.,Phillips, Murphy valve set radios,old gramophone discs,are kept here... folk items preserved here with care...
