Very worst response. The Director will always do the C section for delivery. No value of time. Very poor quality . The waiting period is more. Poor quality maintenance. Minimum Bill c section 60k to 1L. Lazy medicine, Narsing & billing departments. Every one acts like a hospital owner. In the narsing department there is no feeling for a new born baby. Most likely as Government hospital. Better to admit government hospital or other hospitals.

Hospital maintenance is good. Dr. Shashikala is well experienced. But they make patients to wait for long time. Scheduled appointment Timings are not met. Staff's won't be having clear idea about doctor's availability. You have to dedicate your entire day to meet the doctor for 5 mins. One must take the token number for the appointment but the timings given are just for the sake. Hospital Needs to have better time management so that the patients will have peaceful consultation. Patients will be waiting from morning till evening just to meet the doctor as they have to get the regular scanning during pregnancy. It's really a hard situation for the expectant mothers to sit and wait for long hours. For us appointment was given at 11:00am, but we waited till 5:30pm for doctor. This shows the hospital's time management. Not recommended for emergency cases.

2years before: We came back to India for delivery of our first child from Japan. We thought to go to Bangalore but to our surprise we found Dr. shashikala ma'am in Raichur and she kindly guided us very well and helped to make normal delivery of my wife. She has vast experience and service for humanity than for money.

I Recently visited a hospital with my aunt, and while the facility itself was clean and hygienic, I was extremely disappointed with the management's behavior towards the patients. The lack of proper organization and respect was evident throughout our visit. The staff members responsible for sending patients to doctors displayed a clear disregard for proper etiquette, treating patients with rudeness and disrespect. It was disheartening to see such unprofessionalism in a healthcare setting. I strongly believe that hospitals should prioritize the well-being and comfort of their patients. It is crucial for management to ensure a smoothly functioning system that efficiently directs patients to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Treating patients with kindness and compassion should be a fundamental aspect of the hospital's values. I urge the hospital's management to take immediate action to rectify this issue. By implementing proper training programs for staff members, focusing on customer service and empathy, the hospital can greatly improve the overall experience for patients. The importance of professionalism and respect should be emphasized, ensuring that patients feel valued and cared for during their time at the hospital.

I am from Hyderabad. This is the best hospital I have visited so far. They are providing best service's with very normal charges. All the respect to hospital management and staff. Special appreciation to sub-staff.

Very clean and well maintained hospital. Hospital staffs are very respectful and helpful.

The Best Maternity Hospital in Raichur. The Doctors and staff are very cooperative and they look after pregnant woman/mother and the Baby in most gentle and professional way. Would be grateful if Hospital management arranges for canteen.
