I consulted Dr. Choudary P K N for about 2 years. I asked him what my illness was and he told me I had OCD. I had very very bad experiences with him. He scolded me multiple times. At one point of consultation he scolded me very badly for which I got hurt a lot. I suffered thinking about it for 4 or 5 days. Later I felt whether he is a psychiatrist or a mental patient. Under his consultation I took many medicines everyday in the morning and at night. After 2 years and at the end of my consultations with him I was left with one tablet which I felt to get rid of and told him that I would like to stop the medicine and he agreed for that. Dr. Choudary should have told me to consult him again to reassess my condition after stopping the medicines but he didn't say anything, also he didn't even warn me about the possible effects of stopping the medicines. My family and I suffered a lot after stopping the medicines. I went into delusions and started thinking that my family was trying to kill me, I lost my mind completely and my family and I had the worst experiences of our lives which I don't want to share further. It had been about 3 years since I stopped consultation with him and now I felt that I didn't get justice for what I had been through under his treatment and thus I am sharing this review.
Very discurteous staff, the doctor whom I met today is Dr.Praveen Reddy has to first know how to talk to a person who seeks their help. Due to his behaviour patient gets irritated and aggressive. Management has to take care of such staff , by whose behaviour the reputation of the hospital drains.
Hygeine and toilets are horrible. Patients will get sicker! Lots of mosquitoes. No maintenance. Only consultation area is clean. Rest is filthy. You will get more diseases than before admitted!!! 2 stars for good doctors or else the hygiene is pathetic. Hospitals have to be clean 24/7. Shortage of cleaners and maintenance.
One of the Best Psychiatric hospital in twin cities. I have visited many well known psychiatric hospitals. But finally, I got solution at Chetana with Phani prashanthi doctor.doctor is very friendly, and have much patience.
Very good doctors but extremely bad staff. Zero dignity or concern towards patients. Have no work ethic. Zero professionalism. Specially the reception staff, extremely terribly trained!

I would especially like to give a shout out to Dr Vijay Sheshadri who is arguably one of the finest and most patient-centered providers. I wish I could give him 10 stars, but I would still fall short.
Down with Dengue and was admitted to the hospital for 8 days. The service given here is top notch, doctors and nurses took utmost care of me during these 8 days. Cleanliness and the patients hygiene is taken care off really well.
